I want to know how to format USB Flash Drive.
Our USB Flash Drive comes pre-formatted to FTA32 when shipped from the manufacturer. To reformat USB Flash Drive in a PC, use Windows OS or Mac OS standard formatters.

32GB or lower models:
Format TransMemory to FAT32 or exFAT only. Do not use other formatters.

64GB or higher models:
Format TransMemory to exFAT only. Do not use other formatters.
May I unplug USB Flash Drive while it is reading or writing data?
No, you may not unplug USB Flash Drive while it is reading or writing data. Doing so may cause data to be lost or may cause USB Flash Drive to malfunction.

Follow the steps below to unplug the Product from a USB port on a device while the device is up:

• Windows
1. Click "Safely Remove Hardware" icon on the taskbar.
2. Click "Remove TransMemory".
3. Check "Remove Hardware" appearing on the window.
4. Unplug the Product.

• OS X and macOS
1. Drag and drop " TransMemory" icon on the desktop to the trash icon.
2. Check that the " TransMemory" icon is disappearing. Unplug the Product.
