We at KIOXIA Corporation are informing you of a problem that some Android devices cannot use FlashAir App for Android.  We will release the update to FlashAir App for Android at the end of April, 2022.

Until an update to the FlashAir App for Android is released, please use your FlashAir on your Android device through web browser. Please note that some FlashAir App functions (such as “download all” and “select files to download”) are not available through web browser.
For the procedure how to use the FlashAir through web browser, please refer to

The next update to the FlashAir App for Android (version 4.5.1) and later updates will no longer have the following functions.

• Location to save
• Sort by FlashAir SSID
